Terms of service

These terms are between you and DataDux Oy (3427414-9), Keilaranta 16, 02150 Espoo, Finland.

The service

Recodeline reads the QuickBooks Online exports you upload and proposes how to recode the transactions. It writes a worklist and related files. It never connects to your ledger or changes it; you apply every change yourself.

Your responsibility

Proposals are suggestions. You review each one before applying it, and you remain responsible for the client's books. Upload only data you are entitled to process for your client.

Retention

A project and its files are deleted 24 hours after the link is issued, or sooner if the server restarts. Download what you need before then.

Price

Projects of up to 100 transactions in the review period are free. Larger projects are priced per project as shown on the home page.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the project concerned.

Law

Finnish law applies. Disputes go to the District Court of Helsinki unless consumer law gives you another forum.
