Recodeline is operated by DataDux Oy (3427414-9), Keilaranta 16, 02150 Espoo, Finland. We are the controller for the account and payment data described below, and we process the client data you upload on your behalf as your processor. Contact: info@recodeline.com.

What you upload

Transaction exports and an optional Account List. We process them in server memory only. They are never written to disk, and the project, its files and every output are deleted 24 hours after the project link is issued. A server restart deletes them sooner. We never ask for the client's name.

Logs

The logs record event names, counts, request metadata and the first characters of a project id, never transaction text, amounts or file names.

Cookies

One cookie, set for security: it lets us check that a form was sent from our own pages. It holds a random value and nothing about you.

AI suggestions (not active)

AI suggestions are not active. A later version may send an AI model the first six words other than numbers that the bank printed for the other party (who was paid, or who paid you), with numbers removed and cut at the first label such as NAME, FROM or TO or at a colon; whether money went in or out; and the client's account names without numbers or month names, to suggest an account. Never amounts or dates.

Payments

Paid projects are checked out through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes your payment details under its own policy. It receives the project's link, to send you back after paying, and never the uploaded files or anything in them. To count repeat customers we keep a keyed hash of the order email, never the email itself.

You may ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@recodeline.com. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
